Zihad joined Titan Greentech as a Project Researcher after completing his second bachelor’s degree in Japan. He supports consultants and industry professionals across the Clean Energy space, conducting research, mapping talent, and developing insights that contribute to the growth of renewable energy markets.

Before joining Titan Greentech, Zihad interned at a leading bilingual recruitment consultancy in Japan, where he was first introduced to the energy sector. His experience there sparked a strong interest in renewable industry, motivating him to build his career in the clean energy industry. Originally from Bangladesh, he holds a bachelor’s degree from a well-known fashion university in Bangladesh before moving to Japan to pursue further studies and broaden his career opportunities.

Outside of work, Zihad enjoys playing guitar and previously performed as a bass guitarist in a local band in Bangladesh. While he loves rock music on stage, he prefers soft, mellow music during his own downtime. He also enjoys spending time with friends and exploring different parts of Japan.
