Referral Partnership Program

Success based payments:

• Once Titan successfully supports your referral to join a new company, we’ll let you know and send you reward payment by bank transfer.

Eligible introductions: 

• TITAN will pay a Referral Fee to the Referral Partner in the case of a successful placement of a Candidate, or Position that is introduced by the Referrer and then filled by TITAN. Leads are categorized as follows:
  
  
  • NEW warm lead introduction – 100,000円: 
    • Referral Partner introduces a New Candidate or Client to TITAN, by method of putting TITAN and the Candidate or Client in direct contact with each other. TITAN is permitted to reference the Referral Partner’s name when contacting the Candidate or Client.
      
      
  • NEW cold lead introduction – 50,000円: 
    • Referral Partner shares the name, contact details and lead information of a New Candidate or Client to TITAN, but does not make a direct introduction. TITAN keeps Referral Partner’s name confidential when contacting the lead.
      
      
  • DORMANT reactivation – 50,000円: 
    • Referral Partner introduces a Candidate or Client which is known to TITAN, but is deemed to be dormant by not having responded to email or phone contact for a time period of greater than 6 months
