• Support the preparation and present decision materials in connection with tenders, auctions, and M&A
  activities
• Accountable for deal valuation, including assessment and framing of value and risk of full opportunity. Work
  with Valuation teams for modelling of investment opportunities and development projects
• Liaising with the many different stakeholders and helping to bridge the gap between finance and the rest of the
  business.

Ideal Profile:

• Demonstratable experience, ideally within Power, Renewable energy sectors in either a project development or M&A Transaction experience
• Ability to speak multiple languages, at least Japanese and English would be preferred. 
• Ideal background and beneficial experience is a finance business partner/new business development and FP&A skills would be an advantage.
