Construction Management:

· Lead construction operations for BESS projects from RTB through commissioning and COD.

· Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, budgets, and resource plans in coordination with project

management, engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams.

· Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trade contractors, site crews (civil, electrical, mechanical), and

suppliers to ensure alignment with project goals.

· Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to design

drawings and specifications.

· Resolve technical issues, conflicts, or delays, working with engineering and project leadership to propose

solutions and mitigate risks.

Safety, Quality & Compliance:

· Monitor and drive safety, environmental, and quality standards on-site. Ensure all work is executed in

compliance with local regulations, codes, and permitting requirements.

· Review and manage change orders, variation requests, and site modifications, including cost / schedule

implications.

· Maintain comprehensive construction documentation: daily logs, progress reports, field records, photo

documentation, quality checklists, and non-conformance reports.

· Coordinate interface management (civil / structural / electrical / mechanical) to ensure smooth handoff

between scopes.

Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination:

· Provide regular progress reports and escalation updates to senior management and stakeholders, flagging major

issues or risks in advance.
