Role:

• Manager of finance and investments, Battery Energy Storage Systems
• Providing financial analysis on new acquisitions and support in the preparation of investment papers for committee.
• Lead execution of transactions including due diligence, selection and management of advisors, negotiation of contracts, valuation / model, closing process etc.
• Provide financial oversight of the development companies used, with direct access to their financial systems while taking charge of the project investment process.
