Position Overview: Regional Program Manager
We are looking for a Development Leader to oversee data center project builds at the country level, with end-to-end responsibility for project delivery. This role reports to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and requires both technical and business expertise to successfully drive large-scale projects.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent, plus 10+ years of project/program management experience
  • Full lifecycle technical program management, covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and stakeholder management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead diverse teams
  • Professional project management certification (PMP, PMI, Prince 2, etc.) preferred
  • Experience in large-scale construction or network infrastructure projects
