Global Renewable Energy Developer - Onshore Infrastructure Asset Manager
- One of the largest global developers in the Japanese market with over 1 GW of PV projects delivered in Japan and now looking to expand in the rapidly growing BESS space.
- Highly competitive developer known for winning critical FiT auction projects with several strong global partners within the region.
- Quickly growing, they now have over 100 different professionals with a mix of foreigners and Japanese to foster an international environment.
Role:
-
Key member to coordinate and work closely with other third party service providers including EPCOs, O&M, as well as financial institutions.

Work cross-departmentally with other teams within the organization in Japan and globally as the main liaison between development teams as well as stakeholders in the government, local communities, etc.

Management of operation and maintenance (O&M) agreements, loan agreements, equity relationship agreements, collateral agreements and other project-related agreements
Ideal Profile:
-
Bilingual, with a strategic mindset to clearly communicate with global HQ and act as a bridge from HQ to Japan as well as communicate with other financial stakeholder counterparts.

3-5 years of working with banks or developers on debt financing, cash flow modeling with asset management experience preferable.

Energy or infrastructure experience is a huge plus!
