The Opportunity: 

This is a key leadership position for our client, reporting directly to the the senior management team both in Japan and overseas. You will play a central role in driving the growth by overseeing all engineering and technical resources for the Japan team.

For this role, we are seeking someone with strong leadership and technical expertise to develop continued presence in Japan for the long-term.

• Build and manage the engineering and operations team
• Manage professional development of the technical team to ensure that engineering and technical resources are adequately qualified and skilled, mentor resources and manage performance
• Define, implement and improve engineering quality control processes and standards, ensure technical integrity of design, specification and construction of BESS projects
• Liaison with project management and project development teams to ensure adequate interdepartmental support.
