Company:

• European investor and developer, our client is significantly growing their Japan presence.  Since 2022, they have acquired 500MW of operating FiT PV assets.
• Now, they have gained new investment and are expanding the team and portfolio, with greenfield, brownfield, FiT to FiP, BESS co-location and secondary market acquisitions.
• Focus shift is to build out development pipeline of greenfield, CPPA projects to hit total target of 1GW

Opportunity:

• Key leadership role in fast-growing developer + asset manager, leading offtake strategy, sourcing and execution.  
• Wide ranging role, you will work on offtake deals end to end - from initial contact, marketing, through to structuring, negotiations and closing.
• Working closely with development, acquisition and financing teams both in Japan and in Denmark, you will have the chance to work on creative projects such as FiT to FiP conversions as well as virtual PPA deals.
