Rintaro began his recruitment career with a major global firm headquartered in the UK, where he focused on talent within Japan’s energy sector. Seeking a role that allowed him to engage more directly with the country’s rapidly evolving power and renewable markets, he joined Titan Greentech to concentrate on supporting professionals shaping Japan’s energy transition.

He takes a thoughtful and relationship-driven approach to recruitment, spending time to understand the aspirations, capabilities, and career direction of the individuals he supports. His work is centred on helping professionals and organisations make informed, meaningful decisions within the dynamic clean-energy landscape.

Beyond his work in recruitment, Rintaro competes as a powerlifter in the U93 kg class and coaches athletes in strength development. He is also active in the fitness community as a regular commentator on podcast and media platforms focused on training and performance.
