Sara began her energy-recruitment career at a major global firm headquartered in London. At 18, she moved to Tokyo to pursue her degree- a decision that shaped her love for challenge and personal growth. Born in Mongolia and influenced by both city life and nomadic heritage, she naturally embraces change, values adaptability, and believes in becoming a better version of herself every day.

Driven to specialize further in the renewable-energy market, she joined Titan GreenTech. Sara understands that change, especially career change, can be intimidating, yet deeply meaningful. With that in mind, she takes a thoughtful, human-centered approach, striving to understand the needs of both candidates and clients to deliver tailored, impactful solutions.

Outside of work, she enjoys Russian literature, boxing, trying new recipes, collecting vinyls and reconnecting with nature.
