Fresh out of university, Shannen first started her recruitment career in the Japan tech industry working with both start-ups and corporations. Now at Titan, she aims to thrive with passionate professionals and actively partake in this purpose and focus driven business in the green space.

Born and raised in the Philippines, Shannen studied Psychology having been fascinated to understand the diversity of human experience. Presently, she strives to apply these processes and build valuable professional connections in her line of work.

In her free time, she likes spending it with her family having movie marathons and travelling to the countryside or just chilling at home with her cats.
