Andrew Statter
Partner, Head of GreenTech
Andrew leads the GreenTech team at Titan. An executive recruiter passionate about purpose driven innovation, he started the team in 2020 with a vision to recruit with purpose.
Holding a broad knowledge across the Japanese and APAC renewable energy markets, cleantech innovators and sustainability leadership, Andrew has a track record of supporting multiple Japan market entries, and dozens of GM and Director level introductions.
Specialising in high impact, leadership searches, Andrew places much emphasis building long-term relationships with the key leaders in the industry. To him, this is a people business and trust is a non-negotiable.
Coming to Japan from Australia in 2010, Andrew has fallen in love with Japan’s culture, people, cuisine and geography. He is also a competitive trail ultra-runner and world traveller, competing and finishing events such as the Annapurna 100 in Nepal, Shiga 100 mile in Japan and L’Echappee Belle Integrale in France.
