Role:

• Acting as the liaison for key customers, you will communicate with customers (automotive, mobility, drone, power tool, device manufacturers, etc.) to design optimal solutions for their applications, and liaise with the engineering teams internally to design, test, optimise and produce custom next-gen battery solutions.
• You will be responsible for necessary activities such as making presentations to clients, negotiating with domestic and international clients, and reviewing contracts (in English and Japanese).
• Share and facilitate customer requirements and feedback with team members and technical team members, and support the development activities of technical members.
• Analyze and consider information such as customer feedback and market reports, including technical perspectives, to contribute to strategy planning and valuable proposals to customers.
